A professional, like Emily, will help to lessen your physical load in your environment and create a lighter more intentional feel in your home. My time with Emily was focused on that overwhelming paperwork realm of life. She helped me get my head around releasing documents, kids' homework, duplicate photographs etc.; items that can bog down our home and cause overwhelm. After three sessions with Emily, I physically feel lighter and hopeful in my space. My children have even commented on the difference.
