"(1) Owner Daryl contacted me very quickly, we set an appointment and, as soon as he knew he'd be delayed he called to advise me. Also he gave me parts information so I could be prepared for him (2) It was obvious he had experience with awning window cranks before, and was able to think outside the box with the unique issue my situation posed. (3) I am VERY pleased with the results of his successful efforts in fixing my problems (4) His charge was very reasonable. (5) he was personable, courteous, and determined to not only do the job right but also ensure my satisfaction. I will definitely be a return customer."

"Karen is fabulous! She is extremely efficient and detail oriented. By the end of the initial consultation she had designed how my entire office would look, including design of the closet. She did all the shopping for furniture I wanted and organized the delivery/assembly and pickup of old items I wished to have removed. In addition, she helped me clear out all the clutter that was causing me such grief in getting organized and removed all the items for donation that day. She has a great network of contractors she works with (closet construction, painting services, etc) that are efficient, curtious, and extremely fair price wise!"
