"Their work appears to be excellent. However, during the repair process, they found hidden problems which raised the cost by $250. GA Construction was not the lowest bid in this project. I hired them because they were readily available, appeared to be a nice couple, and was recommended by Home Advisor. However, the fact that they charged over their original estimate does not set well with me. If I added the extra fee to the original estimate, I may not have given them the project. Bottom line, excellent work but beware of the estimate they give."
