I was definitely impressed!! Even w/a short notice move window they were able to meet date requested & complete the move. One day out, rep called & went thru checklist to make sure all points & info was correct - EXCELLENT!! On move day team lead ck'd in 1st thing to confirm all details - made me aware of computer outage putting a possible glitch in day's agenda. Even though team arrived 45min later than scheduled they worked together efficiently & made the moving window(elevator res) & then delivered load on time. Load was a split delivery w/majority off loaded at a storage unit & rest at 3rd floor apt - having no elevator presented no problem!! The 3-man team worked well together under the expert leadership of team lead "Will" - they were an effective team & they presented good work ethics. "I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."
