"We were pleased with the responsiveness shown by Fritz. He was always able to take the time to listen, return a call or come out for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and prepared, that really goes a long way to impressing a customer. While we were very sold with Fritz, we did decide to visit his showroom to see more samples. While he was not there that day, the gal manning the store did not disappoint. She was very helpful and even showed us some of the other products that they sell. She even helped us facilitate a date that was way ahead of their competitors schedules. The crew got to our house a little late on installation day but we live in the country and that happens to alot of folks when they come out to our place. They were very efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Fritz has trained them well! He did call after installation to be sure we were happy with the results and that there were no problems. Overall we would have nothing negative to say about Innovative Garages, their employees or the owner.
