"The landscaper, Kelly Hardy did really good work on trimming and removing the hedges he trimmed and pruned. He was very cordial and had good manners. He came back and put mulch around the bushes on a second visit. When he was performing the job, I explained to him I wanted the bushes trimmed again before the Labor Day holiday weekend. On his second visit to my house, he explained he had suffered a kidney stone and was not able to get back out as promised. I understood that because my husband suffers from kidney stones On this visit, I reminded Kelly I wanted the bushes trimmed before Labor Day so I thought we had an understanding. Kelly also promised he would bring me an invoice for the $500 I had paid him but as of today, September 7, 2021, I have not received an invoice nor has Kelly Hardy been back to trim the bushes. I had to hire another person to trim the bushes before the holiday which I am not happy about. In fact, I am very unhappy in that he never came back and I never received an invoice for the money I had paid Mr. Hardy on the very first visit. He does very good work and I understand his illness but what I do not understand is why he never came back to finish the job. Most of the time when I did reach out to Kelly, I got the recording that his mailbox has never been set up which is not very professional and the one time he did call me back, he said he would be back out tomorrow but tomorrow never came. Thanks for the opportunity to explain what happened. I was pleased with his work but not his professionalism and broken promises."
