We ended-up organizing every cupboard in the house, putting things in various types of easy to see and access containers, baskets, etc, and labeling everything as we went. Also, together we worked a second to none filing system so I could get all my paperwork put away - again, making it easy to access important documents and reference material, etc. They have a lot of experience with this kind of stuff, of course, but they also did a great job of improvising. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and probably will again soon.
