Ed Yates is an excellent sales representative and he ensured that customer concerns were taken care of. Nelson and helper Pablo demonstrated great care and skill in finalizing the installation. I would employ Medallion in the future based on this positive experience even though they are rather "pricey." However, you do get what you pay for; and in this case, it was an excellent product, installation, and sales interaction."
