Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

His pricing was very reasonable, fair and competitive and we booked his team for the job. They were able to come only a couple of days later and they did a fantastic job. They did such a good job that 2 of my neighbors saw my driveway and hired him and his team on the spot to do their driveways the same day! Shawn was very communicative and highly responsive to my texts and calls, which I really appreciate having dealt with a lot of service providers and contractors over the years who have not been good communicators. When I spoke to David ,the owner,he was very professional when speaking with him on the phone and he asked all the right questions about our restriping for handicap, did we have the proper coded approved handicap ordinance, so I knew he knew his business. David was very responsive whenever I reached out to him to arrange for flexable dates and he had no problem with working on Sunday when most of the tenents offices were closed.I highly recommend DG Dtriping"

"Jessie and his father just paved my driveway with Asphalt, both Jessie and his father stayed at the project site until the entire project was completed. They work very hard. I had an area that had grass and a large tree that had been removed. I thought the tree was removed with the stump but it wasn't. Jessie and his team worked around it until the tree company came to finish grinding down the stump. They were very patient, it probably delayed their work at least and hour and they did not complain. I had some sprinkler pipes that were not buried deep enough and they moved them. They managed to still finish the job in one day which is what i was told. The entire team was very professional and polite. My driveway looks great i can't wait to drive on it. I would highly recommened Apco."
