"JRH Paving repaved an existing driveway that was first paved in 2003 by another firm. The previous firm did an adequate job but created a water problem for a building that was down hill from our house. JRH gave me an estimate to repave the driveway, fix the water problem which wasn’t easy, and to do a little more paving than was originally there. The job was more than 10,000 square feet. They showed up on time, removed the surface of the original paving, fixed the water issue, re-paved the entire driveway, and did it in one day! The owner operated equipment and was on site all day, the equipment was well maintained, and his people were professional, office personnel to truck driver. I would recommend JRH."

Removed existing poor grass,raked leveled the more weed block with river rock cover. Remaining lower track of grass removed replaced with sod Installed landscaping ties as border between rocks and sod. Suggested install of 3 arbivitae for privacy. Tom ,the owner very helpful, his entire crew dedicated,hard working polite men. Not only job well done. "Tom showed up in person for quote. He scheduled us the following AM and arrived at 0900 with three others to complete the work. We discussed the project again briefly and they went to work. Trimmed back the grass and blew off the driveway. Used their machines to methodically fill any cracks taking special care to manually fill the seam between the garage concrete and the driveway. Did NOT make a mess!!! Then, squeegeed the sealant evenly across the entire surface. If you are looking for the $150 guy who will just squirt some sealant on your driveway, Tom is not your guy. Driveway Maintenance provided a quality service at a fair rate The seal coat will last and extend the life of my driveway."

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"Richard is very easy to work with and he and Kyle did a good job and were flexible to do a bit more than originally contracted to do for a reasonable cost. The only issue was the paint color. In hindsight, I wish I had bought the color and tested it out myself. Not what I was expecting."
