"Black Top did a small asphalt paving project for me for three parking spaces and a seal, oil and stripping repair. Very happy with their work and supervision. There employees were polite and hard working!!!"

"They came in a timely manner, were courteous, did great work, fixing a leak in a sprinkler pipe, where the location of the leak was not clear. Very reasonably priced. Came back for a follow up (not directly related to the original work), also very timely. They were recommended by Angi. I'm in Longmont. MSH will definitely be my first stop for the next time I need a Landscaper."

"Great service. Only downside was a little extra cost for transport of recycled asphalt from Commerce city to northern Colorado. Virus shut down the local sources. Not Tanner's fault though and the the price was more than fair given the distance. Took 8 hours for three loads."

"This company was hired to paint the parking strips on our newly resurfaced parking lot for our church. They did a great job"

"We had Jim and his team dig a crawl space hole in our backyard for an ADU for my wife’s parents. I had constructed dozens of homes in years past but the space in my personal back yard was extremely limited. I was completely amazed on how they dug, stored the dirt, and back filled the new foundation with proper compaction! I would definitely recommend and hire Jim and his guys every time!"

"Quality job. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget."

"Excellent. Exceeded expectations. Very responsive service. Crew was efficient and respectful."

"Fantastic! Omar and his guys were here early every morning and worked their tails off to get everything done exactly as we wanted it. Omar listened to what we wanted and was willing to change his original design to fit our needs. When they were done, everything was cleaned up beautifully."

"This company not only did a good job for me but also helped my elderly neighbor at no cost"

"They did a great job. It was hard work. It looks great. I am very pleased with it."
