Using a skid steer and brush hog JT3 Enterprises did an excellent job of removing grass, weeds, and bushes on my 10+ acres property. "I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing to see how the material has held up and it's been fantastic. LT repaired our flood damaged driveway with TxDOT quality gravel base vs. just junk like some fly-by-night firms. We've had heavy rains in the two weeks since and the base has been almost as firm and dense as concrete! The best thing is the fact that Tim and his brother Ray both are excellent communicators- you are never left wondering about anything. They also discuss the project first and then have a professional final scope of work agreement that you don't sign or pay until then. That tells anyone that they have great relationships with their material providers. They were on time, even with challenging conditions.
