"It has been so many years since we cleaned our roof and Dakota Property Services gave it the cleaning of a lifetime! And our Gutters too. These boys worked so hard all day and the effort displayed was remarkable. Matthews customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. Glad we chose them!"

"Great communication and a very upfront quote for cleaning and sealcoating our small driveway. The gentleman from Eagle arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Our asphalt has never looked better. I only wish I had more projects for this team!"

"They gave the job their best effort and everything turned out just fine Our driveway looks great and will for a long time"

"Mark did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Our parking lot was in poor shape with lots of loose rocks and dust. He swept all the rocks and dust off (very clean). Then hot sealed the larger cracks and put a good sealant coat on. The parking lot looks amazing!"

"R&R Maintenance did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up the work area every time. The finial driveway looked great with no cracks. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Positive experience! Fair pricing and the work turned out great. Would recommend them for paving needs."

"A steller job! My asphalt dirveway of 25 yrs ago covering over 3,000 sq ft was in bad shape, areas growing moss & weeds. The conttractor advised he could clean up the overgrown & dirt layered areas with his scrubber machine prior to laying the new paving. That he did! He & his crew thoroughly cleaned it & cut back all overhanging plants overgrowing the driveway edges providing a clean sculptured look. !00% Satisfied, from start of work to finish, communication with contractor, signing of contract, commitment of time involved & quality of work. I now have a beautiful new driveway, a great new look to my property!"

"It went very well. They did a very good job under some very difficult ground as far as the rocks and the other things were concerned. They were reasonable and dependable. They came back and made sure that everything was working right, on the day after they completed the job. They did very good work. Their price might have been a little high but it was worth it in my particular instance."
