Going back and forth with Robert, we came up with the design we wanted. Then his crew came to build it. We were very impressed with them. They were very knowledgeable, professional and competent. "Our yard was a MESS; overgrown with weeds, and to the point where we just felt it was out of our hands as parents of a newborn with no time to spend on it. So I called around for quotes and went with Courtesy Maintenance after Mariano came out the same night I called. We asked them to rip out all the weeds (which was A LOT!), trim up trees & bushes, edge the lawn, mow, and put down new barkdust. He quoted us $325 for all of that work, including 4 yards of barkdust, which his crew brought, and the price included hauling away all of the yard debris. So we hired them, his crew showed up bright and early on the agreed upon date, and did every last thing we had hired them to do. With the state of our yard, it took them the better part of a day to get it done, and when they were finished I just couldn't believe how great our yard looked, and how little we were charged for the amount of work they did! Throughout the day as the crew worked their office manager, Sarah, called a few times to check in, give me updates of their progress, and answer any questions I had if I had any. I thought that was wonderful customer service! Everyone with this company was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would hire them again in a second! We're planning to contract them for monthly maintenance as well."
