"The actual job went well. The end product seems really well done. Overall I am happy with the job and would use them again. With that said, there were some hiccups in communication. Red was responsive whenever I called, but didn't call to schedule the actual paving part a few times when he said he would. At one point he mentioned an issue with his equipment that needed to be fixed, which is totally fine. I get that. Delays happen. I would have appreciated having that communicated to me."

Mike answered the barrage of questions I had and talked to me about my concerns with how the job would be done since I had bad experiences with other paving companies in the past.
