The parking lot was in very bad shape. But they removed damaged asphalt, milled it down, filled holes, dealt with Kipling traffic and overlaid the asphalt; blending it into the sidewalks and adjacent patio. "My not quite 2 year old driveway was starting to put. I contacted Isaac McMillan and Son. Family company, very personal and explained to me what was happening and they power washed, repaired one seam that had cracked and also did my front semi circle and door stoop. The stoop and step had 3 seam cracks which they repaired and it was pitted from ice melt, before I knew that it was bad for concrete.
