"Perez Paving did a great job paving my driveway. I had an existing 29 year old driveway that had gone to ****. Efrain Perez and his crew took out the old driveway. In addition, I wanted it expanding by approximately 35%. They came in, put the extra process down and laid it all flat while considering the pitch to make sure that no water pooled up anywhere on the driveway. I found 3 other top rated Angie's list businesses but Perez Paving was much less expensive."

"I contacted Silverio from Angie's list and they scheduled a visit to provide an estimate right away.  Roger came by and was very professional.  He measured the area and provided a price on the spot.  They followed that up with a written proposal.
I got 4 quotes and they were the second least expensive.  They provided a 3 year warranty compared to the others which were 1 or 2 years.  I decided to go with them based on that and their responsiveness and professionalism.
We scheduled the excavation laying down the gravel base 3 weeks in advance.  The team showed up on time and were done in about 1/2 a day.  Roger suggested letting the area settle for a little extra time and they worked with us to schedule the paving right before we went away for vacation so that it could site untouched for a week.  The driveway came out fantastic.  Roger and his crew were very efficient and professional.  I will be hiring them again in the future.
