RSA Paving answered all our calls, usually within a few hours. 2. RSA was willing to take on our small job that would still require large equipment on site; it helped that we were willing to be flexible about scheduling. 3. Their requested down payment was reasonable - about 20%. 4. Within a few days of that payment, we had a scheduled date.
