"First and foremost, Nick had very good follow up . Itâ s amazing how many companies we had a hard time getting them to call us back. Nick was quick to call and or text back. In the bidding process he was always in contact with us. We had him do pavement repairs on our parking lot, ( some large cut outs, and repaving was done ) then crack filling and last was seal coating and parking space stripes. The lot was 98,500 sq ft. They did the repairs and seal coating in two full days. He was in the middle of the bidding quotes. We tossed out all the cheap bids and tossed all the super high ones. His company Done-Rite was not the cheapest , but we wanted quality , and like anything ....... you get what you pay for ! We own other commercial properties and will let him bid those too when the time comes. Iâ ve waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure weâ re happy with the results. & we are. "This job was to apply a coating on a metal patio cover to stop leaks. Anthony Lee with Legacy Roofing was the only one who suggested a coating rather than replacing the roof. He was fast and it looks so much better than all the holes and rusty spots. He got a tiny bit of the product on the boards just under the roof. He offered to pick up that paint but I had some from touch up we had just done on the wall. He quickly painted those boards and sent me a video. Looks perfect! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Nice guy and reasonable."
