They filled the cracks with hot rubber and ensured all vegetation was burned out with a torch before application. The finishing sealant they used appears to be great quality, and they applied using squeegees vs. spraying on, so no corners cut there. It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Everyone worked non-stop and were delightful, respectful of property and very easy to welcome into my home. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget.
