"Tonin was able to quickly provide an estimate for repairs to my cinder block and slab back porch, which included: 1. repair of cinder block wall which the previous owner said was damaged when an excavator backed into the porch 2. break-up/removal of old concrete stairs and replacement with new stairs made of cinder block and blue stone, and 3. patching holes on the surface of the concrete slab. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. He did not try to up-sell me, like another contractor attempted to do. He listened to what I wanted done, he explained what he would need to do, which was exactly what I was looking for. He showed up on the day and time he promised. (I have dealt with other contractors and it’s always a bad sign when they show up late on the first day) Tonin did a fantastic job and his repairs were beautiful. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
