"The Clingon Professional Earthworks company was hired to solve a drainage issue in which our driveway had been washed out twice before. They reviewed the topography and made a plan. Before the start of the job several workers measured and reviewed the property. Also durning and after the job was completed they were out monitoring the drainage. I appreciated the total commitment to getting the job done right. They arrived each day in the early morning and worked throughout the day. His crew sanded the woodwork, smoothed and patched the sheetrock, and then cut in lines so straight and smooth you would have to see it to believe. The house looks fantastic and it is all due to Leiva Painting doing the work. They were doing such a good job on the walls and trim that I added having them refinish the kitchen cabinets and then added having them refinish a set of 9' mahogany doors. He and his crew did fantastic on all of it. I would have him do any future painting work I have in the future and have already recommended him to relatives (who I like!)"

"I called on Monday. On Tuesday he called back and set up an appointment for Linda to come on Wednesday. She came, looked it over, and gave me an estimate. On Thursday morning, she showed up and started the work - it was too hot to work all day and she was working between rain showers. She returned Friday morning and finished it up. It was the easiest landscaping business I've ever worked with. Linda was professional and hard working. I believe I got my money's worth. She charged for the job and then once she knew what plants I wanted, picked them up and allowed me to reimburse her for them - no mark up on them."
