"It has been so many years since we cleaned our roof and Dakota Property Services gave it the cleaning of a lifetime! And our Gutters too. These boys worked so hard all day and the effort displayed was remarkable. Matthews customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. Glad we chose them!"

"Mark did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Our parking lot was in poor shape with lots of loose rocks and dust. He swept all the rocks and dust off (very clean). Then hot sealed the larger cracks and put a good sealant coat on. The parking lot looks amazing!"

"I recently had PMC complete a paving project at my home, and I couldn?t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my needs, provided a fair estimate, and completed the job on schedule. The quality of their work is outstanding?the pavement is smooth, well-leveled, and built to last. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. The crew was also courteous and kept the worksite clean throughout the process. If you?re looking for reliable and high-quality paving services, I highly recommend PMC. They exceeded my expectations, and I?ll definitely use them again for future projects!"

"Highly recommended! This is the first time I've had to hire a paving crew, and I was a bit nervous. These fellows were professional and efficient. Jon gave us a bid, and while it wasn't the lowest bid we received, I feel it was very reasonable. I am so happy we chose K&L. Professionalism...quality work...great crew."

"London Pearce was able to come over w/I 20-mins of calling to give us an estimate for our driveway paving. Has the bid to us by the evening. We originally set up a time a couple weeks out due to their schedule. London called back a little bit later stating he was able to do the job the next day if that worked for us! We were excited since we’d gone through 3 different contractors that had come out, bid the job, and set up a date for a contractor who ended up being a no show and the other two never returned any voice messages. London’s crew of six guys showed up on time and had the whole job completed by 1pm. Total of 5-1/2 hours. The only time these guys took a break was waiting for the dump truck with the asphalt. They were on time, efficient, friendly and very hard workers. The driveway turned out great! Looks wonderful and we have zero complaints and would definitely recommend London Pearce and Blackrock Asphalt!! Charmane Bredeen"

"They gave us a free estimate and were early for their appointment. They were prompt and courteous. They explained different options and processes which I had not thought of. My overall experience with them has been good."
