They had to pick off old asphalt before the new asphalt was applied. A very good job done and completed in great time. I saved $$$, literally between several hundred and thousands (sadly) for what I think to be apples to apples though I'm not 100% on this. Either way, end result and quality of work is exceptional. My driveway was a complete wreck with crumbling gravel, cracks and mounds, weeds ugh, you name it. I left out for work in the morning, and returned home to a beautiful driveway I'm now so proud of, immediate curb-appeal boost. I would take advantage of his experience, knowledge, and fair pricing.
