"It was a good and bad experience. The work was good. However, they sent 3 people when they were supposed to send 2; I didn't ask for a third person. They charged me full price for the 3rd guy, and a 4th guy came too – they actually ended up waiting for him to come back to the job after a doctor's appointment with more supplies. The main guy on the job had to leave early, and I got the impression that one of the crewmen was an apprentice.  I did talk to the owner, but he didn't fully address my concerns."
