"The crew was great to work with and the quality of work was exceptional"

"Excellent workmanship. Price/estimate was on point for the project. Had teardrop driveway turnaround, additional culvert added, drainage installed, RV pad and 15x15 shed pad installed. Dan and Buck were honest professional and all around great guys. Will recommend them again and again. Thanks so much for a great job done!!!"

"He build an awning for my front door, it looks great thanks Steven for that we love it"

"Jared is extremely professional and always shows up when he says he will. He is honest about his work and genuinely wants to help with your issues in any way he can. My yard had a ton of standing water after it would rain. Jared came back several times to find the right solution for this yard. He ended up installing 6 drains in the yard and we can already see a HUGE improvement after rain. He has checked in on us several times since the installation. If you are looking for any type of grading or drain work look no further! I would definitely recommend Tennessee Property Enhancers and would use them again should I need any further work done. It is hard to find an honest company that sticks to their word. I had several other people not show up or provide inaccurate information before I spoke with Jared. I felt his pricing was fair and he completed the job in a timely fashion. I couldn't ask for a better professional to work with to fix this issue. Thank you Jared and Tennessee Property Enhancers!"

"It went very well. Harry from IHY offered a quote personally in record time. He and his crew came in early the next day and finished the job that day. I could observe the efficiency and expertise with my own eyes and was very impressed. Harry and his brother Isaac have something good going and I would recommend them any time (even my mother :) )"

"Communicative, professional, timely and most importantly, did a great job restriping our 6 unit parking pad"
