My wife wanted a spa for many years and now it was her anniversary. I let her pick it out and negotiate it, and of course, she went top of the line. They treated her great and she was so excited. They made the purchase easy with no problems and easy payment terms. Their installation people were great, as was their recommended electricians (more like outstanding). Great purchase and the owner Mike Hanson and his right hand man Ed, are great to deal with. So now a year later... I have had a couple of minor and one major problem with the spa. Their service was always impeccable and was usually completed within a few days. No arguments, just fixed (parts replaced) in a timely manner. Nego, the service tech is tops in my book. So take it from me, these guys are great and both my family and my neighbors love the spa."

"Started work June 2019. Resurfaced, new waterline tiles, new coping and repaired leaks the pool had. The estimate quoted was very fair. They arrived early, answered my calls and any bought. They emailed step by step as the work was done. The most important step is the Fire-up. The curing of the Diamond Bright. They sent someone twice a week for 4 weeks to add chemicals till the pool was ready to swim."
