He immediately diagnosed the problem and took immediate action. Mike installed a new cartridge filter, balanced the chemicals and instructed me on what to do. By Thus., 6/5, I could finally see the drain in the 9.5 ft deep end of the pool. Today, 6/10, the pool is In perfect condition, sparkling blue water. Mike was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
