Finally called Chris at Herndon Pool repairs and More and he called me right back. We worked out a time when he would come by and he showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Could not have been a better experience. I now have a pool company I can call and I know they will show up and do a good job. Call you will not be disapointed."

Until I made the final decision and he basically pick the spa for my needs which I love it, few weeks later the sounds system has a small issue and have to deal with the store manager Mike and the technicians to correct the small issue and they went overboard, that is why they got 5 starts from me because their excellent sales advisor, competitive price and quality, outstanding customer service and technician and friendly familiar environment I definitely recommend this team and in 10 years I definitely will be back to change my Jacuzzi! They emailed step by step as the work was done. The most important step is the Fire-up. The curing of the Diamond Bright. They sent someone twice a week for 4 weeks to add chemicals till the pool was ready to swim."
