After he explained and show me different options I left the store saying I need to see other options which I did, but anytime I find something I thought it was better Joseph explain why it wasnâ  t by text, cell, whatsup you name it, the friendly guy became a friend giving advice. Until I made the final decision and he basically pick the spa for my needs which I love it, few weeks later the sounds system has a small issue and have to deal with the store manager Mike and the technicians to correct the small issue and they went overboard, that is why they got 5 starts from me because their excellent sales advisor, competitive price and quality, outstanding customer service and technician and friendly familiar environment I definitely recommend this team and in 10 years I definitely will be back to change my Jacuzzi! "Started work June 2019. Resurfaced, new waterline tiles, new coping and repaired leaks the pool had. The estimate quoted was very fair. They arrived early, answered my calls and any bought. They emailed step by step as the work was done. The most important step is the Fire-up. The curing of the Diamond Bright. They sent someone twice a week for 4 weeks to add chemicals till the pool was ready to swim."

"I called 8 pool service companies to repair my non-working pool pump. I sent pictures of the pump to 5 of them. 2 promised to come out within 2 days and never showed or contacted me again. 1 company came out but said they thought I needed an electrician. Elite Pool and Spa Services stayed in constant contact with me and came out when they promised. They replaced the motor but then realized the filter unit was bad (very old, pieces coming off and leaking badly). They quoted me the price to replace the filter unit and told me when they would be back. Right on time, again! They worked diligently and double and triple checked for any leaks. The difference in water circulation in my pool is absolutely astounding. I actually cried when they switched it on and it worked beautifully. We were unable to use the pool at all and now we look forward to a long summer of enjoyment. I am also hiring them to do the weekly maintenance on my pool. I very highly recommend Elite Pool and Spa.
