He was always professional, always on time and was in constant communication via phone or text. Our pool liner was installed and it is absolutely beautiful. We also needed a new filter, a cost that I did not expect! Mike installed the new filter and allowed me to pay off the cost of the filter over 2 months. Where do you find service like this? "I had a replacement pool heater installed. They made all water connections. They did a quality job, however when they were done I still had to hire another contractor to connect the gas and electric service. I initially thought that Kinney Pools would do all of the necessary work. It's possible I misunderstood. I did hire a electrical contractor (Sansone Electric) recommended by Kinny. He did a great job at a fair price. I am still satisfied with the final price and the workmanship."
