My initial call for service was on a Saturday night as my AC went down. I called their dispatcher to schedule a service call. I was expecting them to schedule me for Monday morning. To my surprise she said I will get someone within an hour or so. By 830pm I had a tech on site to resolve my problem. Within less than an hour....the tech had my unit up and running. Mike responded same day and literally saved my pool from popping. Resurfacing was done extremely quick. Mike went so far as to put snorkeling gear on and acid wash the stains on the bottom of my pool that my other contractors caused from steel brush pieces that fell in the pool. Would recommend Mike!

My pool that was already installed when I bought my house has leaked ever since the day we moved in. I had it "repaired" once, but it still leaked. When it was time to refinish the pool I called Family Pools and was surprised to see the owner at my door to give me an estimate. It took a long time to get started but in their defense they told me they were backlogged with jobs and it would be 10 to 12 weeks. After 11 weeks they called and said they needed 3 more weeks. The day they started the owner was there to let me know the guys where on their way. Not only did they complete the job in 3 days, for the first time my pool doesn't leak!! I would definitely recommend Family Pools.
