On a Sunday with less than 12 hours notice. Tony cares, he does work for me and I don’t even have to be home, I get pictures of before the job and after the job. I get prompt responses on weekends and weekdays. The billing is super easy and here’s how awesome he is, I needed him to come do work, he noticed my pool area was a wreck with leaves and cotton wood tree pollen, and he cleaned up the whole area, never mentioned it, I just saw how clean it was when I got home. He is knowledgeable and is the type of guy that troubleshoots to find a solution. I aske for a few extra bags of salt to be put in the garage, it’s neatly stacked for me when I need it. So few companies are competent in their work and timely in their communication, Hudson Valley Splash Pro’s do both. It’s a pleasure to be his customer."
