Also important to note - other pool companies I have worked with in the past always tried to 'keep me stupid'. I am a new pool owner (I bought a home with a pool in 2010) and the companies would services the pool, open the pool, and close the pool in a way that felt like they were intentionally avoiding me so I could never ask questions, thus always be dependent on them. Jaime and his team did the opposite. They gave me tons of practical advice on being a pool owner - - - and the guy who does service that they work with took the time to even show me how to use the complicated chemical testing kit that i never really understood (I used test strips, but now I will use the test kit). I even learned more about my heater - - - who knew! Thanks Jaime, Freddy, Raymond, Herman and the rest of the crew! Well done."
