"Excellent. I have been using Pool Tech, owner Phil Waites, for several years. I called and asked his advice several times concerning a possible leak. It was the summer we had a severe heat wave and drought during July. 2012 I think. He told me what to do to determine if it was a leak or sun/heat caused loss. He fixed the pool for the remained of the season. The following year I had him change the sand in the filter and fix a major leak problem. From them on he did/does all my maintenance. He is honest, reasonable on prices, dependable and real joy to do business with. He enjoys his job and it is reflected in his work product. I highly recommend owner and company! Would not be able to enjoy my pool without Phil Waites and his company."

DIDN'T GIVE US ITEMIZED STATEMENT OF WORK THAT HE DID LIKE WE ASKED FOR MANY MANY MANY TIMES. CHARGED US WAY TO HIGH FOR PUTTING IN POOL LINER. DEMPSEY SAID HE COULD FIX CYNDER BLOCKS IN POOL, YET DID A BAD JOB SINCE BLOCKS WERE PRETRUDING THRU LINER. WON'T RECOMMEND DEMPSEY, AND MOST DEFINITELY DEFINITELY WONT REHIRE HIM AGAIN."
