"Jim was there every step of the way. He started by explaining the engineering of pool construction and introduced me to an ozone pool. He assisted with getting the paperwork to my HOA and even finding me a lender. Construction began 8/6 and we were swimming by Labor Day. I know that the recent hot dry weather helped the construction schedule but Jim managed the project well too. I was very concerned about a grapefruit tree near the construction area and came home one day to find the workers watering it for me! Jim was very responsive with questions, texts and calls. This is what an A contractor looks like!"
