George kept us informed about the processes at the beginning, during construction and at job completion. George is very detail oriented was attentive to our requests. "We are thrilled that our on line search for a pool contractor led us to the BEST….Mel & Echelon Pool &Spa!! His knowledge & expertise were evident from our initial discussion & throughout the project. He quickly assessed the source of multiple calcium deposits throughout our pool. It was, he said & later verified, the result of a previously faulty re-plaster job in which substandard materials were used & old plaster not removed, but plastered over!! This created a separation of the two surfaces which ultimately filled with water & led to disfiguring calcium deposits leaching into the pool. Mel’s knowledgeable & dependable team quickly & efficiently restored our pool to “like new” condition including the addition of a handsome & generous underwater seat in our pool’s deep end, repair & re-grouting of coping tiles as well as those at the water line!
