They test the water, check the equipment, empty filter baskets, etc. I’ve emailed the company with some questions and always received a very prompt reply. I was connected to Wickenburg Pool and Spas by HomeAdvisor and was able to arrange a prompt service call to troubleshoot and fix why my spa had stopped working. Very impressed and will let other spa owners know. Its great to know there is reliable and affordable spa service available from this company in Wickenburg, about 50 miles from Prescott. Even more impressive is the owner, Bill Pruitt, makes the service calls and was very courteous in calling to advise that he was delayed by another longer than expected service call and the estimated time of his arrival."
