Since this was my first encounter, Bill asked the necessary basic questions before commencing work. At the end of the opening, Bill reviewed a few minor adjustments on the pool pump which would be followed-up on a later visit (He did so the next day). I have hired one other pool company for 15 years that went out of business, and have found a new one hopefully for the next 15."
