I called Sam, he met me the same day after work. He immediately determined the issue and repaired it. He knows what he is talking about and he has everything on his truck to do the work. Sam is reasonable and very personable. Sam will be my go-to for all pool related issues. Also, he showed me how to clean my salt cell. You cannot go wrong with Sam @ Always Clear."

Our Project Manager, Jake Driver, was extremely responsive. He was very good about keeping me informed and he always answered my calls & Texts immediately when I had a question. The support staff in the office did a great job of keeping us informed about all the steps along the way. The project was finished on time even though they had some water issues with our property that I expected to delay the project but this was not the case. "Tina and Jeff are truly some of the nicest people I know. Customer service is first rate. Jeff took our winter blackish green pool to swim ready sparkling clean within 24 hours. Another company had told us we needed a new pump ($2k). We didnâ t, it was clogged he had it cleaned out and running within ten minutes. Then he got busy getting it clear and balanced.
