"If you are looking for a pool builder in Jax, I highly recommend you consider A&S. I got quotes from all three major pool builders in Jax, and A&S provided the best value in their quote. Many reviews highlight Jeremy Siebert and they are right on the money. Jeremy is the sole reason I picked A&S over Premier Pools. I got both companies to the same price point through negotiations, but Jeremy's customer service was the reason I selected A&S. Jeremy easily spent 14 hours during three different visits, to my home, working to design our pool. No one else would spend that kind of time or effort with no charge. As far as people's comments around subcontracting the work out, that is correct. But, they utilize the same subcontractors for every pool, so their relationships with them are solid and doesn't impact the quality of the work as they have to produce to the blueprint and A&S corporate quality guidelines. The subcontractors I found to be very skilled in their trades. Anytime we noticed an issue or had a concern with the quality of the work, it was addressed to our satisfaction. The Project Managers, Tommy Slattery and David Geiger, were very good at communicating. They always responded to texts, and were quick to call with updates or to address our concerns. I did a lot of extras outside of the pool to re-do the whole backyard. Because of this, I needed to coordinate a lot of work in parallel with work going on with the pool. The A&S team worked great to support my overall project, and not just focus on their piece of the pool. Premier Pools and Kerry Martin Builders were either more expensive or didn't offer the same quality in the warranties, pool equipment, or plaster through Temp Pool. My background is in engineering, and I am extremely detail oriented and a perfectionist to a certain extent. I had very high expectations with the investment put into my backyard, and the picture doesn't do it justice. A&S delivered a beautiful product!"

"The tech did an excellent job thoroughly clean my hot tub, taking great care not to scratch it. He even cleaned the hot tub cover thoroughly, both inside and out. He taught me how to use the chemicals on a regular basis to keep everything in check. I will definitely hire Florida Pool and Spa on an annual basis to clean and heck for maintenance issues!"

"JB does amazing work. He is honestly and reliable. I not only used him once but TWICE. When I first bought my home I just wanted a small cheap Walmart pool. I called JB he was at my home first thing and my pool was completed by lunch on the date that was provided. Well that pool was an exactly that cheap the pump went out after just a few months (nothing to do with JB). I then had a much bigger project to take down and reassemble a 24 ft round dough boy pool. Now this project took a few days breaking the pool down moving to new location level out the dirt ect. J B and his crew were amazing and my new beautiful pool was all ready to go in just a few days. If you need anything pool I wouldnâ  t highly recommend JB!!! I have referred him to friends and family."
