"We recently used NOVA Junk to remove and donate several items from our basement including clothes donations, old appliances, exercise equipment, and furniture. From soup to nuts, the process was seamless. The staff at NOVA Junk was incredibly responsive and friendly. They provided me a base quote based on pictures I provided them. They scheduled a pick-up within two days of the initial call. The pick-up crew were punctual and very thoughtful about removing the items and loading them into their truck for maximum efficiency.
