"Anthony the owner stayed in constant communication. I provided him the scope of the project along with pictures. He gave us a fair estimate (digitally). He let me know upfront it could change if we had them remove more items. We had him to remove more and it resulted in very small difference we could live with. He presented us with a digital invoice and he accepted our check. He called when he was on his way. He and his assistant showed up early. They were clean good guys who went right to work. We had a huge sleeper sectional that Anthony disassembled. He also removed the handrail. He cleaned up everything and replaced the handrail. It was even more secure than when he took it off. We appreciated that. They were respectful of our home. Careful not to track anything on our stairs and floors. They did a fantastic job! Totally satisfied. Will also use him to dry out our basement and walls now that all of the moldy furniture and items are gone."
