The quote is non-binding, as you can always add or delete items. in our case, the crew decided that the items for removal could be packed easily and tightly on the truck and take up less room. As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. "Tito and Son was very professional. Work was amazing quality. Crew was very nice and friendly. Communication from Nayol was clear from the beginning and maintained throughout until the work was completed with updates with anything that was getting done. They removed and poured new sidewalk as well as the walkway to our front porch. They also redid our front porch steps with trex material and it looks amazing! All material that was removed was taken by them and left eveything nice and clean. Highly recommended. Will be using them again in the future."
