When I called them a few days after my return home to ask where my broom and dustpan were, they stopped by that same morning to give me a new broom and dustpan they had just purchased! I did not even know there were companies to do this kind of what they call **extreme cleaning** of bad spaces and Bio-One was the right company to call.
