"They arrived on time, the owner and a helper. Very friendly and helpful, nice to work with those guys. They had a huge dump truck and filled it with all the old stuff that had been stored in the basement and garage by generations before us who once lived in the house we inherited. We also, had a pool deck that needed to be taken apart and thrown away. The best part about this was I pointed to the piles and they did all the heavy lifting. Also, there were a lot of old solvents, paints and chemicals in the garage that they took to properly dispose of for us. They worked quickly and efficiently, probably took them 2 hours. It was A LOT of stuff, I was amazed and happy to see it go!"

"The team confirmed the day before, advised when they were 10 minutes away & arrived 10 minutes earlier. They came prepared with tools, professional, cleaned up. This is what truly impressed me, they removed a three sectional wall unit. The majority of it was glass, including the glass shelves, not one piece of glass broken from the time they took it apart from the time that we removed it from the apartment kudos!!!! Single women will feel comfortable with strangers in home. I’m recommending to my circle & they are in my rolodex for future furniture removal."

"Chris responded quickly gave a quote within 30 minutes after receiving my pictures of what had to be removed. Showed up the next day removed everything in under an hour and cleaned up after removal. I would highly recommend victory. I will surely use them again."

"Thoroughly removed weeds from backyard and disposed of old branches and tree wood. Very clean and honest work."

"Excellent, carefully removed items from home."

"My refrigerator/freezer was removed efficiently at a reasonable cost."

"I had used Hortensia Cleaning service for almost 5 years. Over the past 6 months their quality of service has rapidly declined. I think their management has changed. They would text 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment to say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. When they did come they were at last an hour or more late. Their service was below average at best. They cut many corners and did not do a thorough cleaning. I did let them know that I was getting frustrated with their punctuality, but it never improved. Eventually I moved on and found a new cleaning service that has been amazing."
