"Jon and Billias Restoration were excellent throughout the entire process. Jon responded promptly after my request for a quote, and was able to get out to the house for inspection on a Saturday, which was awesome for my schedule, and for how quickly I wanted to get the mold issue taken care of. Of all the companies I dealt with around this issue, Jon took the most time to inspect the problem area and then to explain everything he saw, and how they would solve the problem. Every question I had was answered well, and quickly. Along with having the best customer service, Billias Restoration was also able to provide the best quote between time, cost, and availability! They also met and exceeded every expectation of time, quality, and communication. The work was done on schedule, and the mold and work area was left as if there had never been an issue. I will absolutely check with Billias Restoration for future projects, and would recommend them to anyone!!"
