"Jon was able to remediate an area that a bathroom shower had leaked into including mold treatment, replacing insulation, drywall, etc. He also replaced a utility room door not related to the leak. Both items were part of a punch down list as a condition to sell a property. Pricing was good, his attention to detail, and attitude was superior, and his timing to meet the closing date were greatly appreciated!"

"PEL is always on time, always calls ahead to make sure the dumpster is in the right place. His dumpsters and equipment are in great shape. The dumpster door aren’t bent from abuse which means roofing nails never slip out under the door during pickup which makes myself and my customers happy knowing that there won’t be any surprise nails in the drive way causing flat tires. I would highly recommend PEL!"
