"We contacted Absolute about a month prior to our move.  We met with Rick a few days later as he worked his way through our home and gave us a fairly detailed review of his services and the cost.  We were moving a two family household (5 bedrooms, 2 car garage) about 40 miles south and we have a lot of large, heavy pieces.  We got three estimates for the move, and Absolute was the highest of all three.  What made us choose Absolute was Ricks suggesting doing the move in two days, which we thought was great.
Day one of the move a crew showed up on time and quickly loaded up the truck.  During this day a large dresser was dropped on the stairs and as a result there was damage to the furniture as well as the drywall.  The onsite crew leader immediately acknowledged the damage and informed the office.  The rest of the move was flawless.  Day two was smooth with no issues.
The crew was very nice both days, we had the same crew leader but different movers each day.  The guys got along very well and were very courteous. 
I was contacted a few weeks later about the repairs to the furniture and the wall.  The furniture repairman came out and took the dresser back to his shop and returned it three days later looking great.  He also repaired and painted the damaged drywall.

"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. Our previous movers completely destroyed our new home during the move and gave up on some furniture to take upstairs. The job needed to be done but because of the holiday, nobody was willing to come out or they were completely booked. I called C&C Hall and spoke with Carlos and he said he'll be there. He showed up, treated our home with respect and got things done. I had few IKEA pieces that needed to be put together and they successfully did that too. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism. We had a really heavy headboard that needed to go upstairs and they did it! Highly recommended!

"They wrapped every single piece of furniture to guard against scratches and damage.  They also used dollys and hand trucks so they could easily move the furniture.  They never attempted to move something that might be too heavy.  They were on time, no delays in receiving our belongings.  The move took approximately 5-6 hours which is what they estimated.  We had everything boxed up but they moved the boxes and placed furniture in the correct spots in the new home."
