David S. and Dez T. were delightful onsite and did a great job. There was one issue with some of the molding being the wrong size. They reviewed the issue with me and quickly put in a request to have someone out to fix it. We quickly had two more gentlemen Nathan S. and Robert H. out to fix the molding within two days. "J J Construction owner Khoa Ha completely replaced my upper and lower decks with composite. He solved many problems we were facing with the decks and designed a system to deflect rain water away from the house. The upper deck was 48'x12' and the lower deck 14'x21', also replaced existing stairs, added bench seating. and lights. In addition he also repaired/reflashed metal roof on the lower back of the house and address foundation concerns. His team were great to work with, hard working, professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the results of this 4 week project. I highly recommend J J Construction for any project. We will be using him on future projects as well such as house painting, and some interior remodeling in the coming year."

"After getting estimates from several different companies, some we selected Window World. Unlike all of the other bids where we were provided just a total price – occasionally with a minimal 4 or 5 line items describing what they would do; Window World’s estimate was completely transparent – providing line item pricing for every feature on every window. After we scheduled the installation, they were able to work with us in changing the date to accommodate our last minute travel plans. We wanted a custom grid in the main picture window in our living room and they were able to create it without any issues and it looks great. Our house has landscaping up against it all the way around, and their crew caused no harm to any of the plants while they were working. We wanted flanged windows installed, requiring trim be put in around many of the windows. They did a great job installing and caulking the trim and windows throughout. Upon completion, everything was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Window World."

"We worked with Emil at Pure Home Remodeling and his team to do a complete remodeling of our existing kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They listened to what we wanted which allowed him to more understand our project. This allowed them to come up with a design that helped us see how the completed project would look like. We then made some minor design changes until we loved what we saw. Emil's expertise and understanding of this project, made the actual work much less stressful and boring than we expected. While the work was in progress, Emil and his office replied patiently to our questions for explanations, changes, and add-ons. The crew were at the house daily on time, worked hard full days and paid attention to all the details. We appreciate that Emil also offered us to do the insulation for our attic as well. "This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive.
